1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene standards, returns are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged during delivery

• The wrong product was delivered

• The product is unused and sealed

2. Return Window

Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used perfumes

• Products without original packaging

• Discounted or promotional items (unless damaged)
