- Perfumes, Attars, Face Creams, Massage Oils, and Beard Oils are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used.
- Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, leaked, broken, or wrong item:
- Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share clear unboxing photos or videos as proof.
- After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.
3. No Return / No Refund Conditions
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind or fragrance preference
- Opened, used, or partially used products
- Minor packaging variations or label differences
