1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.

  • Perfumes, Attars, Face Creams, Massage Oils, and Beard Oils are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used.
  • Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, leaked, broken, or wrong item:

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear unboxing photos or videos as proof.
  • After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.

3. No Return / No Refund Conditions

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind or fragrance preference
  • Opened, used, or partially used products
  • Minor packaging variations or label differences
  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers

4. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy
